According to CaughtOffside, Arsenal are edging closer to an agreement with Leipzig over a summer deal for Sesko.
All parties involved are understood to be nearing an agreement on a €75m fee.
However, several top European clubs are lurking in the background and are believed to be ready to pounce should Arsenal's pursuit collapse.
Manchester United, Manchester City and Real Madrid have also included the 22-year-old Slovenia international on their shortlist of attacking targets.
