BREAKING: Arsenal considering shock summer swoop for Chelsea striker — 24-year-old added to shortlist

Arsenal are reportedly considering a summer move for Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson.
The Gunners continue to assess their options before making a final decision on which centre-forward to pursue, with Benjamin Šeško, Viktor Gyökeres and Ollie Watkins among the names under consideration.
Now, a surprise target has emerged.
According to The Sunday Times journalist Duncan Castles, Arsenal have added Chelsea's Nicolas Jackson to their shortlist of striker targets this summer.
Speaking on the latest episode of The Transfer Podcast, Castles said:
"There's one more name that I've become aware of this week, which may come as a surprise — Nicolas Jackson, the striker who's had an interesting time in his two years at Chelsea.
Chelsea have always been looking at either adding someone else in that position or replacing him entirely. They say they're not actively looking to sell Jackson in this window, but he's not one of the untouchable figures in their squad."
It remains to be seen whether Mikel Arteta's side will step up their interest in the 24-year-old Senegal international, with several other forwards still being monitored by the Arsenal hierarchy.
