Arsenal are reportedly preparing an offer for Valencia centre-back Cristhian Mosquera.

According to a fresh report from Cadena SER, Arsenal are planning to submit an official bid to sign Mosquera this summer.

The report adds that the player's agent is set to meet with the Valencia board in the coming days to clarify the level of interest from various clubs and discuss his client's intentions.

The Gunners are not alone in their pursuit of the Spain U21 international, with Villarreal and Atletico Madrid among the clubs also mentioned as potential destinations.

Valencia are expected to demand a fee in the region of €20 million to part ways with Mosquera once the transfer window opens.
