Tottenham are reportedly weighing up a potential move to sign Arsenal target Eberechi Eze.
 

The 27-year-old attacking midfielder is widely expected to leave Crystal Palace before the summer transfer window closes, with the player understood to be prioritising a move to the Gunners.

Although Arsenal have held talks with both Eze's camp and Palace, no formal offer has been made yet.

Now, it appears Arsenal could face competition for the Englishman's signature.

According to Tottenham insider SpursJourno, Thomas Frank's side are considering making a move for Eze.

It is understood that Spurs held direct talks with Eze's representatives on Thursday, as they seek a replacement for James Maddison, who recently suffered another serious injury during pre-season.
