BREAKING: Arsenal Submit Official €75m Bid for World-Class Striker – Personal Terms Agreed

Arsenal have reportedly made an initial offer to sign Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyökeres.
 

The Sweden international is believed to be Arsenal's top target ahead of the summer transfer window.

New sporting director Andrea Berta is said to be a huge admirer of the 26-year-old and reportedly views him as the most realistic option, with chances of signing dream target Alexander Isak looking increasingly slim.

A major update on the striker's future has now emerged from Portugal.

According to Correio da Manhã, Arsenal have submitted an offer worth around £63m for the Sporting goal machine.

The Gunners are said to have already agreed personal terms with the player, leaving only an agreement with Sporting to be reached. 

However, Chelsea are also understood to be interested in the Swedish forward, and Arsenal fear the Blues could be willing to meet his £85m release clause.
