BREAKING: Fenerbahce and AC Milan Submit Concrete Offers for Arsenal Midfielder — Contract Talks Have Stalled

Fenerbahce and AC Milan have reportedly submitted offers to sign Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey, amid growing speculation that he could leave the Emirates this summer.
Earlier reports today suggested that the 32-year-old is set to depart Arsenal on a free transfer, with the player already being offered to clubs across Europe.
Now, a fresh update on Partey's situation has emerged.
According to journalist Buchi Laba, writing for CaughtOffside, contract negotiations between Partey and Arsenal have stalled.
The Ghana international is reportedly seeking a salary increase to stay in North London, but the club is holding firm on its current offer.
As it stands, expectations are that Partey's time at Arsenal is nearing its end, with two European sides having made concrete moves to sign him.
Partey is said to have held talks with José Mourinho, now in charge of Fenerbahce, as well as with new AC Milan manager Massimiliano Allegri.
Both clubs are understood to have submitted formal proposals for the experienced midfielder ahead of the 2025/26 season.
