Valencia defender Cristhian Mosquera has reportedly agreed personal terms with Arsenal ahead of a potential summer move.
 

The Gunners remain in talks to sign the 21-year-old centre-back, having already submitted an initial €14m offer.

However, the La Liga side have turned down the bid and are holding out for a higher fee.

Now, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Mosquera has already reached a full agreement with Arsenal on personal terms.

Mikel Arteta's side are expected to submit an improved offer soon as they step up their summer transfer business ahead of next season.
