Valencia have reportedly turned down Arsenal's second offer for Cristhian Mosquera.
 

Negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing, with the 21-year-old keen on joining Mikel Arteta's side this summer.

Recent reports suggested that Arsenal were preparing a second, improved bid for the Spain international — and it now appears that offer has been submitted.

According to Valencia-based journalist Héctor Gómez, Arsenal's second offer has been rejected.

The bid is believed to have been just over €10m.

Valencia remain intent on extending Mosquera's contract, but are prepared to sell if they receive a minimum of €20m.
