From Brazil: Chelsea prepare summer bid for Real Madrid star in MAJOR blow to the Gunners – talks with agent underway

Chelsea are reportedly weighing up a move to sign Arsenal target Rodrygo this summer.
 

The Real Madrid winger has been strongly linked with a potential exit from the Santiago Bernabeu in recent weeks, with Arsenal said to be among the frontrunners for the Brazilian's signature.

However, the Gunners may now face stiff competition from one of their London rivals.

According to GOAL Brazil, Chelsea are preparing a summer bid for the Real Madrid star.

While no contact has yet been made between the two clubs, Enzo Maresca's side have reportedly held initial talks with the player's representatives.

Chelsea's interest is believed to be serious, with GOAL also claiming that the Blues are ready to submit an official offer for the 24-year-old attacker.

Rodrygo is under contract at the Bernabeu until the summer of 2028.
