Arsenal could reportedly make a move for Chelsea attacker Christopher Nkunku this summer.

The 27-year-old joined the Blues from Leipzig in June 2023 in a deal worth around £52m.

However, the France international has struggled to make an impact at Stamford Bridge, despite scoring 14 goals in all competitions this season.

Now, it seems his Chelsea career could come to an end as early as this summer.

French journalist Fabrice Hawkins of RMC Sport reports that Nkunku is expected to leave Chelsea when the transfer window opens in the coming months.

Multiple clubs are set to battle for the player's signature, with Hawkins mentioning Arsenal and Bayern Munich as possible destinations.

Both clubs are understood to have inquired about Nkunku's situation in January and are expected to renew their interest in the upcoming summer transfer window.

The centre-forward, who can also operate on both flanks and as a number 10, is reportedly prioritizing a move to a Champions League club.
