From the Netherlands: Arsenal interested in potential bargain summer move for PSV winger — £17m could seal deal

Arsenal are reportedly exploring a potential summer move for PSV Eindhoven winger Johan Bakayoko.
 

The 22-year-old Belgian has attracted transfer interest from several top European clubs in recent years, but has so far opted to remain in the Netherlands.

That could change this summer.

According to Dutch newspaper Eindhovens Dagblad, Arsenal are among the clubs interested in signing Bakayoko ahead of the new season.

The Belgium international is under contract with PSV until the summer of 2026 but could reportedly be available for around £17 million — a price that has put several elite clubs on alert.

The Gunners are said to view Bakayoko as a potential backup to Bukayo Saka on the right flank.

Bakayoko scored 12 goals and provided three assists in 47 appearances across all competitions last season.
