Inter Milan have emerged as the frontrunners to land the Nigeria international this summer, but could now face stiff competition for his signature.

According to Bergamo-based outlet Corriere della Sera, Arsenal are considering a move for Lookman as they continue their search for a new left-winger.

The Gunners are understood to be weighing up a £44m offer for the Atalanta star, although it remains unclear whether formal talks have yet begun.

Real Madrid's Rodrygo and Newcastle's Anthony Gordon also remain on Arsenal's shortlist.
