Reliable source: Arsenal receive OFFICIAL offer for exit-bound star — loan with obligation to buy, personal terms agreed

FC Porto have reportedly made an offer to sign Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior.
 

The 25-year-old is among the players who could depart the Emirates before the summer transfer window closes next Monday.

Multiple European clubs have been linked with a move, including FC Porto, who now appear to be stepping up their pursuit of the Poland international.

According to several sources, including transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, FC Porto have submitted a proposal to Arsenal for Kiwior. The deal is understood to be an initial loan with an obligation to buy worth around €25m.

Kiwior has already agreed personal terms with the Portuguese side ahead of a potential move.
