AC Milan are reportedly ready to make a £17m offer to sign Arsenal defender Oleksandr Zinchenko this summer.
The 28-year-old is expected to leave the Emirates in search of regular game time ahead of next season.
Several clubs across Europe have been linked with a potential move, including the likes of Borussia Dortmund, Ajax and AC Milan.
Now, it seems one club has stepped up its pursuit of the Ukrainian international.
According to The Mirror, AC Milan are prepared to submit a £17m bid for Zinchenko.
The Serie A giants are understood to have made contact with Arsenal over the signing, and an offer in that region is likely to be enough to complete the deal.
However, Zinchenko's wages are currently seen as the main obstacle in securing a move.
The Arsenal defender would likely need to accept a pay cut in order to complete a switch to San Siro this summer.
