Report: Arsenal among clubs in race to sign Premier League star defender — Liverpool, Man City, Spurs also interested

Arsenal are reportedly among the clubs interested in signing Wolves star Rayan Ait-Nouri this summer.
 

The 23-year-old has established himself as one of the Premier League's top left-backs since joining Wolves in the summer of 2021.

Despite Vítor Pereira's side enduring a difficult season, Ait-Nouri has contributed five goals and seven assists in all competitions.

The Algeria international is widely expected to leave Wolverhampton this summer, with several clubs across Europe reportedly interested in securing his services.

According to Liverpool-based outlet Empire of the Kop, Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester City, Liverpool, and AC Milan are all monitoring Ait-Nouri ahead of a potential summer move.

Wolves are believed to be demanding a fee in the region of £40–45 million, although they are also preparing to offer the defender a new long-term contract running until 2030, including a significant pay rise.

The same report adds that Ait-Nouri would likely prioritise a move to a top Premier League club.
