Report: Arsenal make initial contact with PSG over signing highly rated midfielder this summer, with other top clubs also keen

Arsenal have reportedly made an approach to sign PSG midfielder Warren Zaïre-Emery this summer.
 

The 19-year-old has struggled to secure regular game time at the Parc des Princes recently, having fallen down the pecking order.

That hasn't stopped him from attracting serious interest from top clubs across Europe, though.

According to TBR Football's chief correspondent Graeme Bailey, Arsenal are among the clubs closely monitoring Zaïre-Emery's situation at PSG.

The Gunners are understood to have made an enquiry to the Ligue 1 champions regarding the France international's availability this summer.

With Jorginho already gone and Thomas Partey increasingly likely to leave, Mikel Arteta's side could move to sign another midfielder ahead of next season.
