Arsenal have not reached an agreement with Benjamin Sesko over personal terms, daily-arsenal.com can confirm.

A report from German outlet Sport Bild this morning suggested that RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko had agreed personal terms over a summer move to Arsenal and that the club was prepared to make an offer matching the Bundesliga side's demands.

However, daily-arsenal.com can now reveal that this is not the case.

Sources have told us that claims of Sesko having reached an agreement with Arsenal are wide of the mark.

Things change quickly in the transfer market — but at the time of writing, no progress has been made in talks between the 22-year-old's representatives and Arsenal. Nothing has been agreed so far.

It remains to be seen whether the Gunners decide to step up their interest in signing Sesko this summer, or if they turn to other striker targets.
