The Times: Arsenal make loan-with-obligation-to-buy offer for €60m star — club seriously considering Gunners’ proposal

Arsenal are reportedly confident of completing a deal to sign Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Piero Hincapié.
 

The 23-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates in recent days, with the summer transfer window closing on Monday.

Any deal is dependent on Jakub Kiwior's future, with the Poland international on the verge of joining Portuguese giants FC Porto.

Now, The Times' Gary Jacob reports that Arsenal are increasingly confident of landing Piero Hincapié before Monday's transfer deadline.

The Gunners are understood to have offered a season-long loan with an obligation to buy the Ecuador international next summer.

The Bundesliga side are seriously considering the proposal presented by Arsenal.
